HISTORY
The Theta Nu Graduate/Professional Chapter is based in the Midwest are of the country and encompasses Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. Theta Nu is composed of Alumnae of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc., who are pursuing graduate degrees or are currently part of the workforce. Our chapter consist of any Hermanas that live in any of the states that make up the Midwest region.
Our chapter exists to develop, foster and enhance the common goals and ideals of the Sorority which include sisterhood, cultural awareness and diversity, continued education, scholastic achievement and community service.
Every year we participate in a variety of events that include the Annual Greek Unity Picnic in Chicago, a variety of conferences in Indiana and Michigan, as well as performing community service projects.
