Congratulations to the 2012 and 2013 Cacique Award Winners! The awards are presented at our Annual Founder's Day Banquet and are designed to honor the Hermanas and Chapters, both Undergraduate and Graduate/Professional, that have exemplified what it means to be an Hermana in the areas of Community Service, Leadership, Sisterhood, and Academic Excellence.

About Us

Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc., was founded on December 1, 1987 at Binghamton University as an organization that would provide sisterhood and support while also promoting academic achievement, service to the community, leadership, and cultural enrichment. Almost twenty-three years since its establishment, the organization has expanded to over 35 schools across the country, touching the lives of more than 600 women.
