Every year, during the first weekend in December, Hermanas from across the globe reunite to celebrate and rejoice in the fruition of Sincerity, Loyalty and Unity. We honor our establishment through an amazing weekend filled with outstanding educational, professional and culturally enriching workshops and programming. This annual event enables our Hermanas to enhance their development as students, campus leaders, professionals, mothers and local community members.
In addition to the professional development portion, we utilize this time to recognize the astonishing accomplishments of our Hermanas and their respective chapters. We acknowledge their undying dedication and great strength in fulfilling the goals and ideals of the organization by awarding them with our National Cacique and Avance Awards.
