Message from Gatekeeper

Fall 2010:

The Hermanas of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. send their prayers to all the people of Haiti during these hard times. We also hope that all individuals living in the U.S were able to contact their families and loved ones.

On Thursday, Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. launched its national fundraising initiative and we are proud to say that in just five days, we raised over $2,000 towards our goal!

On our UNICEF fundraising website, we have already collected over $1,000. Thank you to all who have contributed and those who continue to spread the word! If you want to make a donation, please visit our site and make one today. Share the site with family and friends, and ask them join us in our efforts to provide much needed resources to Haiti.


Las Señoritas have hosted events in Ithaca College, Cornell University, and the greater Ithaca community. Join our events page on facebook or email the chapter to get a listing of upcoming events.
