FAQ’s


1) What is an interest group?
A group of women, who are undergraduate students enrolled at a college or university, which have shown interest in our sorority. The interest group has expressed their interest in the sorority and wants to pursue membership.

An interest group is generally created on a campus where we do not already have an existing chapter.

2) How many women make up an interest group?
For an interest group to be formed there needs to be a minimum of six women.

3) What are the Sorority guidelines for interested women in schools where a chapter does not exist?
The group of women must submit a letter of intent to the Sorority. All interested women must sign the letter and include a roster indicating two primary contact persons.

4) How long does the interest group have to exist before the Sorority decides to expand to a new school?
Approximately one semester.

5) What if a graduate student or professional is interested in pursuing membership?
The Sorority has developed guidelines for our graduate/professional chapters. For further information, please contact the president of the graduate professional chapter in your area.
