HISTORY
The Alpha Alpha Chapter of Sigma Lambda Upsilon/Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority, Inc. was established at Columbia University in the Summer of 2002 by four absolutely amazing women. Since its inception the Alpha Alpha chapter has upheld our goals and ideals. The Chapter was nationally recognized in the Fall of 2002. The chapter has been the recipient of two Cacique awards for Community Service and Academic Excellence.
